This unique basin combines a historic shape and with an exciting contemporary abstracted design.
The shape of this piece holds a significant place in local history. These basins, also known as ‘alguidares’, where a staple in everyday life, from kneading bread dough to washing clothes.
Even though the design is a contemporary take on our older in-house motifs, the blue and white colour palette of this basin is very traditional of Portuguese ceramics.
