Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without permission. You may not change, remove, distribute or post anything on this website for any purpose.

1. Eligibility
By placing an order through our website, you warrant that:

1.1 you are legally able to enter into binding contracts; and
1.2 you are at least 18 years old; and

2. Accuracy of content
Care has been taken in the creation of the content of this website, to ensure that the details, descriptions and prices quoted are correct at the time of publishing. All prices are shown including VAT and do not include delivery costs. The total cost of your order will include the price of the products ordered, plus delivery charges according the delivery options available.

3. Contract for the Sale of goods
The contract for the sale of goods by us to you applies to the sale by us to you of all and any goods purchased through the website or by telephone, and govern each contract to the exclusion of any other terms and conditions submitted by you.

4. Accuracy of Product description
The photographs of products depict a close representation, however each piece of pottery is individual and entirely handmade, therefore variations in actual goods may occur. As each piece is hand made, hand glazed and decorated, no two pieces are identical. Small irregularities in the glaze and colours can occur and are characteristic of this pottery’s rustic style. Colours can vary from piece to piece, and the colours depicted in the photographs can vary from the originals.

5. Time frame for ordering
Orders can be made online at anytime, however these will be processed during week days working hours (Monday to Friday, excluding Portuguese public holidays). As all products are handmade, please allow up to 2 months between placing your order and receiving products.

6. Availability of Stock
Whilst every effort is taken to ensure all items are in stock, sometimes items may be temporarily out of stock. In the unlikely event of an item not being available at the time of ordering we will contact you immediately in writing (by e-mail), to offer you alternative products or refund accordingly.

7. Payments
Payments must be made at the time of ordering. Olariamajolica Swift payment pages are processed by Paypal. For more information about Paypal, please refer to www.paypal.com.
If we cannot supply you with products for any reason, we will contact you as soon as possible and you will be sent a refund for these products within 14 days of us contacting you.

8. Pricing errors

8.1 If we find an error in the price of products ordered by you, we will contact you as soon as possible and give you the option of either remaking the order according to the correct price or cancelling the order. If we are unable to contact you for the purpose of this conditionthe order will be considered cancelled and where you have already paid for the products you will be fully refunded.
8.2 We are not obliged to provide goods to you at an incorrect (lower) price, even after we have issued a Despatch Confirmation, if the price error is obvious and unmistakeable and is clearly recognisable by you as a mis-pricing.

9. Method of payment
We accept payment by most Credit Cards, however only once your credit card has been authorised will your credit card be debited. You will receive confirmation of card payment and your unique order number via email. If your card is unauthorised, you will be allowed to try again or use a different card. Payment will only be deemed to have been received once we have received cleared funds. Payment may be charged before we send your order.
